Equality Act 2025 Amendments 2025 Amendments. Draft legislation has been published by the government which will amend the equality act 2010 from. The government has published draft legislation to amend the equality act 2010 with effect from 1 january 2025.

At that point there will additionally be a duty on employers to take. The worker protection (amendment of the equality act 2010) act 2023 will come into force in october 2025.
